Products are manufactured within 2 to 5 business days and then shipped internationally. Delivery times vary by destination: typically 3 to 7 business days for the United States and Europe, and 10 to 30 business days for Latin America and the rest of the world. Overall, orders may take between 1 and 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the country.

Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, we will review the tracking information and arrange a replacement.

Size or Product Changes

Because we work with print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or personal preference. Please check the size guide before placing your order.

Incorrect Addresses

If the customer enters an incorrect address and the order is returned, they will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to resend the package.
