SHIPPING
FROM WHERE
Orders may be produced and dispatched by fulfillment partners in the EU or the US. An order with more than one item can arrive in more than one parcel.
HOW LONG
Production and delivery depend on the product, destination, and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout or in carrier tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
COST
Shipping is worked out at checkout from the delivery address and parcel weight. You see the available rate before you pay. Import duty or tax may be charged separately as explained below.
TRACKING
When carrier tracking is available, we send it by email after the shipping record is created. You can also use our tracking page.
CUSTOMS
Cross-border orders can be subject to import duty, tax, or handling charges set by the destination country. If those charges are not collected at checkout, the local authority or carrier may collect them from you. We do not receive those charges. Refusing a parcel can reduce a refund by costs that are not recoverable, where the law allows.
WHERE
Available destinations and exact rates are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address. If no rate appears, email us before ordering.
WRONG ADDRESS
Check the address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with the order number. We will try to catch it, but an address usually cannot be changed after fulfillment or shipping begins.
