This is 3rd World Elite. Use the site or buy from us and you are agreeing to these terms. If you are not, do not use the site.
WHO
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some designs are not polite. You already knew that.
THE PRODUCTS
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Prices and availability can change without notice.
Some items are printed to order and some are stocked. Screen colors will not match fabric exactly, and print placement can shift slightly between pieces. Where a size guide is available, its measurements are taken flat from the garment and not from your body. Contact us before ordering if sizing information is missing or unclear.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can refuse or cancel an order, including a paid order, for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing error, an item we cannot produce, or a destination we cannot serve. If we cancel, we refund the amount collected for that order. We can also limit quantities on limited runs.
PAYING
Payments are handled through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive your full card number.
THE ARTWORK
The designs, photography, wordmark, and writing are protected by intellectual property law. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially use the artwork. We reserve and enforce our rights.
YOUR POSTS
If you tag us in public content, we may repost it with credit. Tell us if you want a repost removed.
DO NOT
Do not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, scrape the service, interfere with security, or access accounts or systems that are not yours.
THE BORING BIT
We try to keep the site accurate, but information can sometimes be incomplete, wrong, or out of date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where the law allows a limit, our liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be limited. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law where you live, that law wins.
We can change these terms by updating this page. The version live when you place an order applies to that order.
